It is the best pan i’ve ever used. It doesn't stick and very easy to clean. I easily made lamb chop on it and the heat did not transfer to the handle so I could hold it while cooking

Great pan! I love that it has titanium, which will not wear off. It's more non-stick than stainless steel, but not as non-stick as a new Teflon pan. It should be treated like a stainless steel pan: preheat the pan for a couple of minutes, then add oil, then food. To test the pan to see if it is hot enough, put a few drops of water in the pan and if the droplets skate around the pan like mercury beads, the pan is hot enough (Leidenfrost effect).

It worked well. I even baked with it. I've made chuck roast and spaghetti squash in the oven. No problems. Cleaning was fairly easy. There a few stains left from the roast. I just let it soak and the stains came out. I like the lighter weight, especially with a big roast. Good Cooking
